RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received and in the original packaging. If you need to return an item, please contact us (wholesale@restrainedwhimsy.com) with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We do not refund freight charges unless the freight charges were for mis-shipped items.
A partial refund may be granted (if applicable) under the following conditions:
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to a manufacturing error or shipping damages.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery.
You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange for the same item, email us at wholesale@restrainedwhimsy.com. When returning your item, use the original packaging and ship to Restrained Whimsy, 10973 Ventura Blvd, Studio City CA 91604.
Shipping
All returns should be in the original packaging and shipped to Restrained Whimsy, 10973 Ventura Blvd, Studio City CA 91604.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for item(s) you are returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
